Pioneer Campus Office Building is planned with two wings of flexible office space around a central landscaped courtyard space. The courtyard is the heart of the building and a social space for informal meeting and business transacting. The tiled roof of the building is traditional in shape and form, and responds sensitively to the periurban surroundings.
