ERF 230 - SIMBITHI

Erf 230 is boldly sculptural. The home rests comfortably within the coastal forest vegetation. The large overhangs on the roof provide shelter from the tropical climate, but also tilt up towards the view, and filter high level light into the home. Externally, the composition of the stepped wall planes creates a play of light and shadow that shift and change as the sun moves over the home each day.
