Erf 94 at Simbithi is a delicately hand rendered ‘concrete box’ floating above an indoor-outdoor Living Space. The Ground Floor Living Area has cavity sliding doors that discreetly merge with the building to seamlessly connect the flow of living from the eastern courtyard, through the house, to the western terrace and rim flow swimming pool. The palette of materials is restrained, natural and poetically connected.
